attention all mommies...

If anyone has a better idea to cure diaper rash, let me know! I'm literally so desperate that I got Hailey naked and let her hang out in the playpen lined with a towel!! I've tried Desitin, baby powder, getting her bum really dry before re-diapering, changing diapers right away, and switching back to Pampers Sensitive wipes. She gets upset even before I change the diaper because she knows it's gonna hurt! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Livin' the Life...

My morning began with a nice dip in the pool, followed by some relaxing in this nice lounge chair with my mommy. We had fun.
Then after my nap, my pal Shayla and I set up camp by the pool in our pack 'n' plays. Ahhh...what a day. Now all I need is some dinner and it's off to bed for the night.
Could it get any better than this??

Greetings from Palm Springs! We all got here on Sunday night in one piece, if you can believe it. Hailey even survived her first plane ride. She didn't have any ear pain, like I was totally paranoid about, but did NOT like having to stay in her seat the whole time! She got over it, though, and it was a pretty good experience all things considered. Yesterday we spent the day lounging by the pool and relaxing. **Parent Traveling Tip: BRING A BABY MONITOR!! You can sit by the pool while the kidders are napping!!** :) Last night we went to this cool shopping area where they have a man-made river running through the whole thing. We window shopped and got cheesecake to-go from the Cheesecake Factory...yum! Here's our condo. Hailey loves her new travel high-chair!
This girl thinks she's big stuff when she pulls herself up on the coffee table. She's getting brave and letting go quite a bit! Oh, I'm so not ready for her to walk yet?!?
Here's the two of us playing in the pool. She LOVES being in the water and I may have created a monster when I encouraged splashing. Bathtime may become quite messy at our house... :)


Sean and Todd just went golfing, so Erin, Shayla, Hailey and I will have some fantastic girl-bonding time by the pool... :)

Not to brag or anything, but we're leaving in just a few short hours for sunny Palm Springs!!! Oh, today couldn't be a better day to say GOODBYE to the yucky rain and HELLO to the beautiful sun! We'll try to post a few pics while we're down there, so keep on your toes... :)

This is the LIFE!!

I must say that I just LOVE that my sister, Christy, is now a stay at home mom to my sweet nephew Case! Yesterday I needed to do some shopping, so I called her up and invited her along. After checking her busy schedule filled with diaper changes, feeding, naps she realized that he is completely portable and can do all of that anywhere!! :) Christy, Case, Hailey, Nana and I piled into Nana's car and headed for the mall. The sweet kidders fell asleep on the way...aren't they cute??? :)Okay, kids...we're here!!! Time to wake up... :)
